Privacy Policy

We send SMS messages only to customers who have explicitly opted in. When booking an appointment, you can choose — via an optional, unchecked consent checkbox — to receive SMS messages from Dun-Rite Auto Detailing related to:

• Appointment confirmations
• Appointment reminders
• Service updates

Opting in is completely optional, and consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. Message frequency varies depending on your appointments. Message and data rates may apply. This program does not include promotional messages.

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at 513-777-9274 (Cincinnati), 937-510-5100 (Germantown), or Deb@dunriteautodetailing.com.

We do not sell or share your mobile number, SMS opt-in data, or consent with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Necessary messaging service providers may process this information solely to deliver the SMS service to you.

We may collect the following information:

We take reasonable measures to protect your personal information.

You may request to access, update, or delete your personal information by contacting us.
